It’s easy to become frustrated if you’re unsatisfied with the appearance of your smile. Deep staining, chipped teeth, and large gaps between your teeth can make you feel unattractive, self-conscious, or reluctant to show your smile. Fortunately, there’s a solution for all these issues – porcelain veneers.
Veneers act as a cosmetic overlay for your teeth by providing an outstanding, symmetrical, and bright appearance. Veneers can cover gaps and chips, and they’re even resistant to staining. Even better, veneers are a permanent option, so you don’t need to worry about removing or losing them.
The Porcelain Veneers Process
Dr. Hanlon has many years of experience fitting patients for porcelain veneers. The process is straightforward and comfortable. If you and Dr. Hanlon determine that veneers are right for you, he’ll remove a thin layer of your enamel, roughening the surface of your teeth so the veneers will adhere properly. Next, Dr. Hanlon will scan your teeth with our iTero® digital impression scanner for the lab.
Dr. Hanlon will then insert your new porcelain veneers using dental adhesive. That’s all there is to it. You can now enjoy a perfect smile that looks and feels absolutely natural.
